s1 2 s4 Wine Industry Amendment (No. 1) No. 252, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Wine Industry Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Wine Industry Regulation 1995 . ˙ Amendment of s 5 (Labelling of sealed containers—Act, s 17) 3. Section 5(a)— omit, insert — ‘(a) the area where the fruit used to make the wine was grown; and’. ˙ Insertion of new pt 8 4. After section 21— insert — ‘ PART 8—TRANSITIONAL ˙ ‘ Wine labelled before 1 September 1995 ‘ 22.(1) This section applies only to a sealed container of wine to which a label was applied before 1 September 1995. ‘ (2) A licence authorises the licensee to sell the licensee’s wine in a sealed container even if the label does not state the matters mentioned in section 5. 1 ’. 1 Section 5 (Labelling of sealed containers—Act, s 17
