574 )1tPPtt5 1attit ANNO VICESIMO TERTIO ELIZABETHAE SECUNDAE REGINAE No. 54 of 1974 An Act to amend the WineIndustryAct 1974 in a certain particular [ASSENTED TO 27TH SEPTEMBER, 1974] BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Asstmbly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. Short title and citation . (1) This Act may be cited as the Wine Industry Act Amendment Act 1974. (2) The Wine Industry Act 1974 is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act. (3) The Principal Act as amended by this Act may he cited as the Wine Industry Act1974.

Wine Industry Act Amendment Act 1974, No. 54 575 2. Commencement . This Act shall commence on the day the Principal Act commences. 3. Amendment of s. 3. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by, in the meaning of the term " vigneron ", omitting all words after the word " who " and substituting the words " makes wine for sale from honey or grapes or other fruits produced or grown within the Common- wealth;".
