Wine Grapes Levy Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, being advice that has, under subsection 9 (6) of the Wine Grapes Levy Act 1979, taken into consideration any relevant recommendation made under subsection 9 (5) of that Act, hereby make the following Regulations under that Act.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 1988.

Rate of levy

2. Regulation 3 of the Wine Grapes Levy Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (2) “$1.30” and substituting “$1.50”.
