Wine Grapes Levy

(Amendment)
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice
of the Federal Executive Council, being advice that has, under subsection 9 (4)
of the Wine Grapes Levy Act 1979,taken into consideration any relevant
recommendation made under subsection 9 (2) of that Act, hereby make the
following Regulations under that Act.

Commencement
1. These Regulations
commence on 1 July 1988.
Rate of levy
2. Regulation 3 of the
Wine Grapes Levy Regulations is amended by omitting from subregulation (1) “$3”
and substituting “$4”.
Maximum amount of marketing
component of levy
3. Regulation 4 of the
Wine Grapes Levy Regulations is amended by omitting “$10,000” and substituting “$20,000”.
