Wine Grapes Levy Regulations 2(Amendment)

  

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, and having taken into consideration the latest recommendations made to the Minister of State for Primary Industries and Energy by the Winemakers’ Federation of Australia Incorporated, make the following Regulations under the Wine Grapes Levy Act 1979.

1.   Commencement

1.1   Subregulation 3.1 commences on 2 July 1991.

 

1.2   Subregulation 3.2 commences on 1 July 1992.

2.   Amendment

2.1   The Wine Grapes Levy Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

  

3.   Rate of levy

3.1   Subregulation 3 (2):

Omit “$1.50”, substitute “$1.70”.

 

3.2   Subregulation 3 (2):

Omit “$1.70”, substitute “$1.90”.
