1—Short title
These regulations may be cited as the Wine Grapes Industry Regulations 1993.
2—Commencement
These regulations will come into operation four months after the day on which they are made (see Subordinate Legislation Act 1978 section 10AA).
3—Production area
For the purposes of paragraph (g) of the definition of production area in section 3(1) of the Wine Grapes Industry Act 1991, the following hundreds are declared to be part of the production area:

Belvidere
Blyth
Bremer
Brinkley
Clare
Dutton
Freeling
Hall
Hanson
Hart
Jellicoe
Kapunda
Kuitpo
Milne
Moorooroo
Noarlunga
Nuriootpa
Stanley

Revocation of regulations
The Wine Grapes Industry Regulations 1993 were revoked by Sch 1 of the Wine Grapes Industry Regulations 2004 on 11.3.2004.
