REGULATION UNDER THE WINE GRAPES CHARGES ACT 1929-1941.*

advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

Amendment of the Wine Grapes Charges Regulations.
Regulation 5 of the Wine Grapes Charges Regulations is amended by adding at the and thereof the following words:—
“Penalty: Fifty pounds.”
