Execut ive Council, hereby m a k e the following Regulat ion under the Wine	Grapes
Charges Act 1929-1973.

Returns. Regulat ion 5 of the Wine Grapes Charges Regulat ions is amended by omitting

from sub-regulation ( 3 ) the word " tons " and substi tuting the word " tonnes ".
