An Act to alter and amend an Act intituled W indsorkoad

An Act for the making and upholding o f the “ Fiihlic Roads in the County o f Cumberland and '\ fo r other purposes therein mentioned" and to divide the Windsor Road Trust into two separate Trusts for AVindsor and Richmond respectively. [20 /̂i September, 1854.] —

“ A ct fo r the making and upholding o f the Fuhlic Hoads in the County “ o f Gmnherland and, fo r other purposes therein mentioned" a certain Hoad Trust nominated the “ Windsor Trust ” was created charged with the management and upholding of certain roads as enumerated and specified in the Schedule to the said Act annexed And whereas it is expedient to divide the said Windsor Hoad Trust and to substitute in lieu thereof two Trusts to bo called the Windsor and Hichmond Trusts respectively Be it therefore enacted by His Excellency the Governor of New South Wales by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof as follows :—

1. So much of the said recited Act and the Schedule thereto So nmcii of tho

annexed as constitutes and specifies a separate Hoad Trust

“ The Windsor Trust” shall be and the same is hereby repealed

except as hereinafter provided.

2. From and after the passing of this Act in lieu of the said Noyc r e a t e d

The Road from Richmond by which the Mail passes to tho north hank of the

Haw'kesbury River whore tho punt crosses that river 2 miles.

The Blacktown or Richmond Road from Richmond to the Eastern Creek I I miles.
