1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Willoughby Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 7).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land identified as “Area 7” on the Special Provisions Area Map for Willoughby Local Environmental Plan 2012.

4      Amendment of Willoughby Local Environmental Plan 2012

Clause 6.21 Bonus height and floor space ratio available for development on

consolidated sites on Pacific Highway, Freeman Road and Oliver Road, Chatswood

Omit “137.8 metres above the highest point of ground level (existing) on the land” from clause 6.21 (2) (a) (i).

Insert instead “RL 137.8 Australian Height Datum”.
