2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to the following land at Chatswood, being the current site of, and land adjacent to, Chatswood Chase shopping centre:
| (a) | 345 Victoria Avenue (Lot 10, DP 1143909), |
| (b) | 12–14 Malvern Avenue (SP 36362), |
| (c) | 5–7 Havilah Street (Lot 2, DP 785149). |
4 Maps
The maps adopted by Willoughby Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on the making of this Plan.
