REGULATIONS UNDER THE DEFENCE ACT 1903-1927.

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Defence Act 1903-1927, to come into operation forthwith.

Williamstown Rifle Range Regulations.

Short title.

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Williamstown Rifle Range Regulations.

Distance to be kept under D.A. 72 for rifle practice.

2. The prescribed distance under section 72 of the Defence Act 1903-1927 from any person engaged in rifle practice on the rifle range at

1449.—Price 3d.

Williamstown, in the State of Victoria, shall be the distance from that person to any point on the perimeter of the area shown hachured on the plan hereunder.
