on the twenty-fourth day of July, one thousand nine liundred and twelve, certain lands, including the land described in the Scheduli' to this Act and included in the boundaries described in Schedule One to the iMurriimhid^ee Irrigation Act, 1910, were appropriated and resumed for certain public; works and purpose's and vested in 11 is Majesty as Crown lands for the purposes of the said A ct: And whereas by am'cement made the thirty-first day of October, one thousand nine liundred and thirteen, liy and between IVilliam IVilson Killen, of Barellan, and tlie ^Minister for J^uhlic \A'orks, it was agreed, inter alia, that the said Minister should submit to Parliament a hill authorising the said Minister to revest in the said William Wilson Killen the land dc'serihed in the Schedule' to this Act : 15c it thorci'ore enacted by the* King’s Most Excellent IMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assc'inhly of New .South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Minister may	(2) The Said Minister may transfer the land so vested in him to the said William M^ilson Killen for his former estate and interest at the date of the appropriation and resumption aforesaid.

A ll that piece or parcel of land situate in the parish of Yenda, county

of Cooper, and State of New South Wales : Commencing on the eastern boundary of portion 19 at a point bearing .southerly for 30 chains 89 links from its north-eastern corner, and bounded thence on the west by part of the eastern boundary of that portion and the eastern boundary of portion 1, bearing southerly to the south-eastern corner of the last-named portion ; thence on the south by the northern side of a road one chain wide bounding portions 2 and 1 on the south, bearing easterly to the south-ea.steni corner of the last-named portion ; thence on the east by a line along the eastern boundaries of portions 1, 21, 22, and 40, bearing northerly to the north-eastern corner of the last-named portion ; thence on the north by part of the northern houndary of that portion bearing westerly to the south-eastern corner of portion 42 ; thence again on the east by the western side of a road one chain wide bounding portions 42 and 49 on the east bearing aortlierly to the north-eastern corner of tlie last-named portion ; thence again on the north by the northern boundary of that portion bearing westerly to its north-western corner ; thence again on the west by the wi'stern Jlioundary of that portion hearing southerly to its south­ western corner, by a line southerly to the north-w'estern corner of ]iortion 37 remainder, and the western boundary of that portion southerly to its south-w'estern corner ; and thence on the south-west by a line bearing south-easterly to the point of commencement, but excluding appropriated roads within the herein described boundaries,— having an area of 4,707j acres or thereabouts, exclusive of such apjH'opriated roads.
