WILFRED JAN REINIER MENTINK
v
REGISTRAR OF THE AUSTRALIAN REGISTER OF SHIPS
[2016] HCASL 2
B63/2015
In so far as this application for special leave to appeal raises any question of principle of general importance concerning the operation or application of provisions of the Shipping Registration Act 1981 (Cth), it is not an appropriate vehicle for the grant of special leave.
Otherwise, the judgment of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia is not attended by sufficient doubt to warrant the grant of special leave.
Pursuant to r 41.10.5 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
