The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to make a
technical amendment to the definition of "Logans
Beach Exclusion Zone" in the Wildlife (Whales)

Regulations 19981.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 85A and 87 of the Wildlife Act 1975.

3.  Amendment to definition of Logans Beach Exclusion Zone

In regulation 3 of the Wildlife (Whales)
Regulations 1998, in the definition of "Logans

Beach Exclusion Zone"—

(a) for '38o 24' 84" ' substitute '38o 24' 50" ';
(b) for '142o 30' 31" ' substitute '142o 30' 18" ';
