Wildlife (Tour Operator Licence Fee) Amendment Regulations 2023

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Wildlife (Tour Operator Licence Fee) Regulations 2021 to extend their operation until 30 June 2025.

2Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 87 and 87A of the Wildlife Act 1975.

3Expiry amended

In regulation 18 of the Wildlife (Tour Operator Licence Fee) Regulations 2021[1], for "2023" substitute "2025".
