The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Wildlife (State Game Reserves) Regulations 2014 to reflect amendments made to the Wildlife Act 1975 by the Parks Victoria Act 2018.
2Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 87 of the Wildlife Act 1975.
3Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 12 September 2018.
4Principal Regulations
In these Regulations, the Wildlife (State Game Reserves) Regulations 2014[1] are called the Principal Regulations.
5Definitions
(1)In regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations, the definition of Parks Victoria is revoked.
(2)In regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations,
in the definition of prohibited access area, for "Secretary" substitute "land manager".
(3)In regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations,
in the definition of restricted access area, for "Secretary" substitute "land manager".
6Application of Regulations to employees etc.
In regulation 7(a), (b)(i), (b)(ii) and (c) of the Principal Regulations omit "or Parks Victoria".
