Wildlife (Emu Farming) Regulations 1996

The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's Deputy with the
advice of the Executive Council makes the following
Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to provide for a reduced licence fee in respect of emu farming.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 22 and

87 of the Wildlife Act 1975.

3. Amendment of emu farming licence fee

In regulation 37 of the Wildlife Regulations

19921—

(a)

in Table 1, omit— Licence Type 3 650";

Licence for less than one year, for each month or part of a
