Wildlife Conservation Amendment

Regulations 2017

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.       Citation

These regulations are the Wildlife Conservation Amendment
Regulations 2017.

2.     Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 October 2017.

3.      Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Wildlife Conservation
Regulations 1970.

regulation is $100.

4.      Regulation 12 amended

In regulation 12(6)(b) delete "$20." and insert:

$30.

5.      Regulation 15 amended

Delete regulation 15(2B) and insert:

(2B) The fee payable —

(a) for the issue of a fauna interaction licence

is $75; and

(b) for the issue of any other licence under this

6.      Regulation 16 amended

In regulation 16(2a):

(a) delete "$50" and insert:

$100

(b) delete -$100" and insert:

$200
