I make the following order under section 12(1) of the National Parks and Wildlife Act 1970 .6 June 2000

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Wildlife Advisory Committee Revocation Order 2000 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3RevocationOn the day on which this order takes effect – (a) the National Parks and Wildlife Order 1972 (S.R. 1972, No. 292) is revoked; and (b) the Wildlife Advisory Committee established under that order is dissolved.

This order is administered in the Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the order) This order –

(a) revokes the National Parks and Wildlife Order 1972 (S.R. 1972, No. 292) that established the Wildlife Advisory Committee; and (b) dissolves the Committee established under that order.
