Act No. 53, 1975.
An Act to increase the maximum amount of the rate imposed and collected each year by The Wild Dog Destruction Board; for this and other purposes to amend the Wild Dog Destruction Act, 1921; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 8th October, 1975.]

| -D and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows;— |
1. This Act may be cited as the “Wild Dog Destruction Short title.
(Amendment) Act, 1975”.
2. The Wild Dog Destruction Act, 1921, is amended by Amendment
omitting from section 12 (1) the matter “0.5147” and
| inserting instead the matter “0.8”. | sec. 12. |
