WILD DOG DESTRUCTION (AMENDMENT) ACT.

An Act to make provision for the payment of an annual subsidy to the Wild Dog Destruction Fund established under the Wild Dog Destruction Act, 1921, as subsequently amended; for this purpose to amend that Act; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 22nd October, 1968.]

BE	it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as
follows: —

1 . (1) This Act may be cited as the "Wild Dog

(2) The Wild Dog Destruction Act, 1921, as amended by subsequent Acts and by this Act, may be cited as the Wild Dog Destruction Act, 1921-1968.

2 . The Wild Dog Destruction Act, 1921, as subsequently

amended, is amended by omitting section eighteen and by
inserting in lieu thereof the following section :—

18. Commencing in the year one thousand nine hundred and sixty-eight, for any year in which rates have been collected there shall be paid, without further appro­ priation than this Act, from the Consolidated Revenue Fund to the Wild Dog Destruction Fund established under this Act a sum equal to thirty-three and one-third per centum of the amount of the rates collected during the year or the sum of forty thousand dollars, whichever is the lesser.
