WILD DOG DESTRUCTION (AMENDMENT) ACT.

George VI, An Act to amend the Wild Dog Destruction Act,

— 1921, m certain respects; and tor purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 14th November, 1950.]

"DE it enacted by the King’s Most Excellent Majesty,

by and with the advice and consent of the Legis­

lative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South

Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

Short title

and citation. 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the “ Wild Dog

Destruction (Amendment) Act, 1950.”

(2) The Wild Dog Destruction Act, 1921, as amended by subsequent Acts and by this Act, may be cited as the Wild Dog Destruction Act, 1921-1950.

(a) by inserting next after section nine the following Xe.vsec. 9a.

new section:—

9 a . The Commissioner may if in his opinion Ersctionof
