No. 54 of 1919.

AN ACT to authorise the Sale of the Land comprised in Reserve 13036, and set apart for the purpose of a Racecourse, and the application of the Proceeds of the Sale towards the purchase of other Lands to be held for a similar purpose.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

the same, as follows:-

1.    This Act may be cited as the Wickepin Racecourse Short title.

forty-two of the Land Act, 1898, in trustees for the Wiekepin Race Club, may be granted to the trustees for an estate in fee simple, and the trustees are hereby empowered to sell the said land and transfer same to the purchaser for an estate in fee simple freed and discharged from all trusts affecting the said land.

3.    (1.) The trustees shall hold the proceeds of such sale Appleation of
