Application for approval of agreement.

[1] On 28 November 2013, the Wickepin Community Resource Centre Inc (Applicant) made application for approval of a single enterprise agreement to be known as the Wickepin Community Resource Centre Inc Employee Collective Agreement 2013 (Agreement).

[2] The application was made pursuant to s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (FW Act).

[3] The application was the subject of email communication between the Commission and Applicant in December 2013.

[4] The application was the subject of a conference on 22 January 2014.

[5] Further email communication took place between the Commission and Applicant between January and March 2014.

[6] The last communication from the Commission to the Applicant was on 10 March 2014. There has been no further communication from the Applicant.

[7] In these circumstances, the application will be dismissed for want of prosecution pursuant to paragraph 587(3)(a) of the FW Act. An order to this effect will be issued conjointly with this Decision.
