AN ACT to amend section eighteen of the Wheat

Products (Prices Fixation) Aet, 1938.

[Assented to 22nd November, 1939.]

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Wheat Products Short Title.

{Prices Fixation) Act Amendment Act, 939, and shall be read as one with the Wheat Products (Prices Fixa- tion) Act, 1938 (No. 17 of 1938), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

2. Section eighteen of the principal Act is amended amendment of s. 18.

by inserting in subsection (1) after the word "prepar- ing" in line six of the said section the words "or of buy- Mg or of selling."

3.    The principal Act as amended by this Act may be Citation of
