AN ACT to amend the Wheat Pool Act, 1932.

[Assented to 21st January, 1949.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title.

1.

This Act may be cited as the Wheat Pool Act

Amendment Act (No. 2), 1948, and shall be read as one

with the Wheat Pool Act, 1932 (Act No. 54 of 1932),

hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Section two of the principal Act is amended by

"Minister" means the Minister for Agriculture or other Minister of the Crown for the time being charged with the administration of this Act.
