Wheat Marketing (Expiry) Amendment Act 2013

An Act to amend the Wheat Marketing Act 1989.

The Parliament of South Australia enacts as follows:

Part 1Preliminary1Short title

This Act may be cited as the Wheat Marketing (Expiry) Amendment Act 2013.

2Amendment provisions

In this Act, a provision under a heading referring to the amendment of a specified Act amends the Act so specified.

Part 2Amendment of Wheat Marketing Act 19893Insertion of section 12

After section 11 insert:

12—Expiry of Act

1. (1)

   The Governor may, by proclamation, fix a day on which this Act will expire.

2. (2)

   If a proclamation is made under subsection (1), this Act expires on the day fixed by the proclamation.
