WHEAT MARKETING (DELIVERY QUOTAS).

AN ACT to repeal the Wheat Delivery Quotas Act 19694979 and to amend the Wheat Marketing Act 1979.

[Assented to 25 August 1981.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the Wheat short title.

Marketing (Delivery Quotas) Amendment and

Repeal Act 1981.

2. The Wheat Delivery Quotas Act 1969-1979 is Repeal.

repealed.

Amendment. 3. The Wheat Marketing Act 1979 is amended by

repealing section 3 (4) and the First Schedule, and that Act as so amended may be cited as the Wheat Marketing Act 1979-1981.
