  1. These Regulations may be cited as the Wheat Industry Fund Levy
Regulations.*1*

WHEAT INDUSTRY FUND LEVY REGULATIONS - REG 2 
Interpretation 


  2. In these Regulations, unless the contrary intention appears:

"the Act" means the Wheat Industry Fund Levy Act 1989.

WHEAT INDUSTRY FUND LEVY REGULATIONS - REG 3 
Rate of levy 


  3. For the purposes of paragraph 6 (b) of the Act, the rate of 3% is
prescribed.

WHEAT INDUSTRY FUND LEVY REGULATIONS - REG 4 
Minimum amount 


  4. For the purposes of subsection 8 (1) of the Act, the amount of $50 is
prescribed.
