STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE WHEAT INDUSTRY ASSISTANCE ACT 1938.
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Wheat Industry Assistance (Fees and Expenses) Regulations.
“member” means a member of the Wheat Stabilization advisory Committee constituted under the
Wheat Industry Assistance Act 1938, and includes a deputy of a member whilst acting as such.
(2.) In addition to the allowance specified in sub-regulation (1.) of this regulation, each member shall be reimbursed the cost of conveyance actually and necessarily incurred in travelling in order to attend the meeting.
