STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE WHEAT GROWERS RELIEF ACT 1933.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of
Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

DECLARATION BY THE WHEAT GROWER IN REGARD TO HIS CLAIM FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.

Notes.—Any person who wilfully makes a false statement in a statutory declaration is guilty of an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment, with or without hard labour, for four years.
The above declaration may only be made before a Police Stipendiary, or Special Magistrate, a Justice of the Peace, a Commissioner for Affidavits, aCommissioner for Declarations or a Notary Public.
