STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE WHEAT BOUNTY ACT 1931.
I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL
in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the
Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the

Amendment of Wheat Bounty Regulations.
(Statutory Rules 1931, No. 149, as amended to this date.)
“Provided that, where the wheat in
respect of which the bounty is claimed has been grown at an agricultural
college established under the law of a State, and the claim is accompanied by a
return, certified by the Principal or other person in charge of the college,
setting forth the date of the sale of each parcel of wheat, the address of the
purchaser, and the quantity purchased, it shall not be necessary for the claim
to be supported by a certificate as required by paragraph (
