STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATION UNDER THE NATIONAL SECURITY ACT 1939-1940.*
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

Amendment of the Wheat Acquisition Regulations.
“(4.) Notwithstanding anything contained in the provisions of the National Security (Staff of Wartime Boards) Regulations, the salary and allowances payable to the person appointed in pursuance of this regulation to the office of General Manager shall be as directed by the Governor-General.”
(2.) This regulation shall be deemed to have come into operation on the twenty-seventh day of November, One thousand nine hundred and forty-one.
