Whales Protection Act 1988
An Act to provide for the protection of whales and to amend the Fisheries Act 1959
[Royal Assent 22 December 1988]
Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Tasmania, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly, in Parliament assembled, as follows:
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 1 000 penalty units.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 200 penalty units.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 1 000 penalty units.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 1 000 penalty units.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
