1   Short title

This management plan may be cited as the Wet Tropics (Consequential Amendments) Amendment Management Plan 2023.

2   Commencement

This management plan commences on 13 October 2023.

3   Management plan amended

This management plan amends the Wet Tropics Management Plan 1998.

4   Amendment of s 27 (Particular activities allowed in all zones)

State government entity means a government entity under the Public Sector Act 2022, section 276, but does not include a government owned corporation.
