Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Western Sydney Parklands Act 2006.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to substitute the description of the land that comprises the Western Sydney Parklands as set out in Schedule 2 to the Western Sydney Parklands Act 2006.

This Regulation is made under the Western Sydney Parklands Act 2006, including sections 22 and 50 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Western Sydney Parklands Amendment
Regulation 2010.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the
NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Western Sydney Parklands Act 2006 No 92

Schedule 2 Western Sydney Parklands

Omit the land description from the Schedule. Insert instead:

The area of land identified as the Western Sydney Parklands on Sheets 1–8 of the map marked “Western Sydney Parklands Act 2006 Western Sydney Parklands Map” deposited in the office of the Trust.
