Explanatory note

The object of this Order is to amend Schedule 3 to the Western Sydney Parklands Act 2006 to transfer additional land owned by a government agency to the Western Sydney Parklands Trust.

This Order is made under section 35 of the Western Sydney Parklands Act 2006.
