Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Order under the Western Sydney Parklands Act 2006.

Explanatory note
The object of this Order is to transfer certain land to the Western Sydney Parklands Trust by
adding land descriptions to Schedule 3 to the Western Sydney Parklands Act 2006.

This Order is made under the Western Sydney Parklands Act 2006, including section 35.
