Application for approval of the Western Murray Irrigation Limited Enterprise Agreement 2022.
Western Murray Irrigation Limited has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Western Murray Irrigation Limited Enterprise Agreement 2022 (the Agreement).
I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187, 188 and 190 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement is approved and will operate from 25 July 2022. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 18 July 2026.
The Agreement covers The Australian Workers’ Union.
