WESTERN LANDS
(])ECLARATORY) ACT.
Act No. 10, 1918.
George V, All Act to provide for the extension of the term
of office of tlic Commissioners of the Western Land Board as from the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen ; to validate certain iiowers exercised and acts done on and after the said date ; and for purposes consequent thereon or incidental thereto. [Assented to, 19th March, 1918.]

'Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of
the same, as follows :—
| .Short title. | 1 . This Act may be cited as the “ Western Lands (Declaratory) Act, 1918.” |
| Reappoint- | 2 . The Commissioners of the Western Land Board sioners on the thirty-lirst day of December, one thousand. nine hundred and seventeen, shall be and be deemed to have been duly appointed I V o i i i the lirst day of Januai’3% one thousand nim; hundred and eighteen, Commissioners of the said board for a period of twelve months from the said first day of January; and any vacancy occurring during such period may be filled by the Governor for the unexpired portion thereof. |

| All powers exercised and all acts done by them or by any of them purporting to have been exercised or done as such Commissioners on and after the said first day of January, and before the commencement of this Act, shall be and be deemed to have beem as valid as if exercised or done by Commissioners of the M'estern Land Board of New South AVales duly appointed under the AA'estern Lands Act of 1001. |
