BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

Short title.

1.

This Act may be cited as the “Western Lands (Amendment)

Act, 1980”.

(2) A reference in any other Act, or in any by-law, regulation or ordinance or in any other instrument or document, whether of the same or of a different kind or nature, to a form prescribed under the Principal Act, as in force before the com­ mencement of this Act, shall be construed as a reference to the corresponding form (if any) approved under the Principal Act, as amended by this Act.
