Commissioners of the Western Land Board

BE it enacted by the K i n g ' s Most Assembly of New South Wales in Par l i ament assembled, and by the

Exce l l en t Majes ty , by and wi th

t he advice and consent of t he Legislat ive Council and Legislat ive

au tho r i t y of t he same, as follows :—

1. This Act may be cited as t he " Wes te rn Lands Act Amend­

m e n t Act of 1909 , " and	shall	be construed wi th	t h e W e s t e r n	Lands
Acts .

2. The Commissioners of the W e s t e r n L a n d Board a t t he t ime

of the passing of this Act shall, no twi ths t and ing the provisions of section live of t in 1 Pr inc ipa l Act , hold office for a fur ther period of twelve m o n t h s from the expirat ion of the twelve mon ths men t ioned in t he Wes te rn Lands Ac t A m e n d m e n t Act of 1908, and any vacancy

occur r ing du r ing such period may be filled up for the unexp i red	port ion
thereof.
