WESTERN LANDS ACT 1901—REGULATION
(Relating to fees and deposits)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Western Lands Act 1901, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement
1. This Regulation commences on 1 February 1992.
Amendments
2. The Western Lands Regulations are amended:
(a) by omitting Regulation 87 (1) and by inserting instead the following clause: (1) The survey fee payable to the Commissioner in respect of a lease shall be calculated on the aggregate area of land comprised in the lease according to the following scale:

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The purpose of this Regulation is to amend the Western Lands Regulations to update (in line with inflation and changes in assessments of work involved) the
prescribed fees and deposits payable under the Western Lands Act 1901.
