AN ACT to amend the Second Schedule to the Western

Australian Trotting Association Act, 1946.

[Assented to 22nd October, 1947.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows:—

Short tide. 1. This Act may be cited as the Western Australian

Trotting Association Act Amendment Act, 1947, and

shall be read as one with the Western Australian Trot- ting Association Act, 1946 (No. 55 of 1946), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Citation of	2, The principal Act as amended by this Act may be
principal Act

as amended	cited as the Western Australian Trotting Association
by this Act.	Act, 1946-1947.

Amendment	3. ,The Second Schedule of the principal Act is
of Second

Schedule. amended by

(a) inserting after the word "District" in lines one

and three the word "Trotting"; and

(b)

substituting for the words "Eastern Goldfields

District Council" in line two, the words

"North-Eastern Districts Trotting Council."
