An Act to amend the Western Australian Tourism Commission

Act 1983.

[Assented to 22 October 2003]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

1.             Short title

This Act may be cited as the Western Australian Tourism

Commission Amendment Act 2003.

2.             Commencement

This Act comes into operation on the day on which it receives

the Royal Assent.

3.             The Act amended

The amendments in this Act are to the Western Australian

Tourism Commission Act 1983*.

4.             Section 5 amended

Section 5(1) is amended by deleting “8” and inserting instead —

“ 10 ”.

5.             Section 17 amended

Section 17(4) is amended by deleting “Arbitration” and

inserting instead —

“ Relations ”.

6.             Section 34 repealed

Section 34 is repealed.
