ACT 1993

AN ACT to amend the Western Australian Tourism

Commission Act 1983.

[Assented to 20 December 1993.]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows :

Short title

1.    This Act may be cited as the Western Australian Tourism

Commission Amendment Act 1993.

Commencement

2.   This Act comes into operation on the day on which it

receives the Royal Assent.

Principal Act

3. In this Act the Western Australian Tourism Commission

Act 1983* is referred to as the principal Act.

Section 34 amended

4.    Section 34 (1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting

"31 December, 1993" and substituting the following -
