Western Australian Public Sector Code of Ethics

(Repeal) 2007

I, Maxine Murray, Commissioner for Public Sector Standards, in accordance with the Public Sector Management Act 1994 section 21(5) and (8), hereby gazette the repeal of the superseded Western Australian Public Sector Code of Ethics.

Repeal of superseded code

The Western Australian Public Sector Code of Ethics published in the Gazette of 19 February 2002, setting out "Minimum Standards of Conduct and Integrity for the Western Australian Public Sector", is repealed.

Gazette of 8 May 2007 p. 19813
