Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Western Australian Meat
Industry Authority Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2003.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Western Australian
Meat Industry Authority Regulations 1985*.

3.             Regulation 11 amended

Regulation 11(3) is amended by inserting after "Schedule 1" —
" or in a manner specified in writing by the Authority ".
