Amendment Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council after consultation with the
Western Australian Meat Industry Authority.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Western Australian Meat Industry
Authority Amendment Regulations 2006.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Western Australian Meat Industry Authority Regulations 1985*.

3.            Schedule 6 amended

(1) Schedule 6 Part 2 is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "$2.50" and inserting instead — " $2.60 ";
(b)

by deleting "$3.80" in both places where it occurs and " $4.00 ";

(c)

by deleting "$0.43" in each place where it occurs and " $0.45 ".

(2) Schedule 6 Part 3 is amended by deleting "$0.80" in each place

where it occurs and inserting instead —

" $0.85 "
